Divests BKF-Klima, but maintain a strong focus on the HVAC area

Beijer Ref divests BKF-Klima in Denmark

As of today's date, the Beijer Ref group has divested its Daikin agentcy business in Denmark, including the company BKF-Klima, to the Dakin Group.

The divestment of BKF-Klima is part of a continued strong and proactive effort to deepen cooperation with the business's strategic HVAC partners in Denmark.

BKF-Klima has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 90 million and employs 11 people.

In recent years, Beijer Ref has successfully developed its HVAC segment, which now accounts for approximately 50 per cent of the group's global sales. Together with its strategic HVAC partners, Beijer Ref will continue this successful expansion - also in Denmark.

The divestment is expected to have marginal impact on the group's financial results.
